Grab a few fresh ingredients listed below, and you're ready to cook nourishing Indian meals in comforts of home. 


Plant-Based Ingredients:

  • Mild Garam Masala Spice Blend

  • Basmati Rice with Spices

  • Red or Yellow Lentils

  • Madras Curry Spice Blend

  • 4-6 medium red onion 

  • 2 heads of garlic

  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro

  • 3-inch piece ginger

  • 3 medium tomatoes

  • 1 ½ pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 1 head Cauliflower

  • 1 can Chickpeas

  • 1 can Coconut milk

  • 3-4 small hot chile (Bird, Serrano or Jalapeno) 

  • 1 lime and ¼ cup raisins (optional)
