Thai Curry Powder
From my travels throughout Thailand, and one of my favorite destinations.
I find that many of their curry based dishes varies; from the mountainous north by the borders of Burma and Laos. The curries of this region are much thinner, without coconut milk, widely used in central and southern cooking. Savory delights such as Khao Soi, a curry broth with egg noodles and chicken, pork or beef, and Gaeng Hang Lay, a pork curry seasoned with fresh ginger, tamarind and turmeric, and Ook Gai, a red chicken curry with lemongrass.
Our Thai curry powder is not only fabulous in a Thai green or red curry, but perfect for dishes like soups, stews, salads, scrambled eggs and more! Not too spicy, flavorful, and so delicious.
