Our current crop of Vanilla beans is from Madagascar. Our beans have thick, oily skin and strong vanilla notes with rich, creamy flavors and contain an abundance of tiny seeds.
Vanilla is the second most expensive spice after saffron. Vanilla beans vary in fragrance and flavor, depending on their origin. Soil and climate conditions, as well as methods of curing, imbue unique qualities of the bean. These beans are well-suited for baking as well as for drinks and desserts.
